Starting estimate only. Premium domains, paid licences, unusual functionality and work beyond the agreed package are priced separately. VAT is added only if applicable.

Pricing clarity

What the estimate
does—and does not—cover.

The calculator handles common small-business requirements. The final proposal records exactly what is included so an attractive starting price does not become a vague project.

PAYMENT

50% to begin

The deposit secures the project. The remaining balance is due at the agreed completion or launch point stated in the proposal.

OWNERSHIP

Yours after final payment

The bespoke completed website transfers to you. WordPress and third-party products remain governed by their respective licences.

SCOPE

Changes agreed first

New pages, functionality, paid tools and work outside the brief are priced before they are added—not discovered on the final invoice.

Domain ownership

Your right to use it
stays clear.

Registering a standard new domain through FLS costs £20 for the first year, subject to availability. If it stays technically managed through FLS, it is held solely for your business use and Domain Guard is covered while that arrangement continues.

If you prefer the domain in your own registrar account, FLS does not add a separate transfer fee. Domain Guard is not included after transfer, and future registration, privacy or protection services are purchased from your chosen registrar.

Premium domains, redemption fees and unusual registry charges are outside the standard £20 allowance and are confirmed before purchase.

Quote questions

Before you send
the summary.

The planner is designed to begin a useful conversation, not replace the project brief.

Is the calculator price guaranteed?

No. It is a starting estimate based on the selections shown. The final fixed scope and price are confirmed after required functionality, content readiness and technical access are reviewed.

Does transferring the domain cost extra?

No additional FLS transfer fee is applied to a new domain registered through the planner. The client may still have registrar renewal, protection or transfer-related costs outside FLS.

What if my project does not fit a package?

Send the summary and explain the unusual requirement. A custom proposal can combine the closest package with clearly priced additions.

Clear scope. Fair price. Direct support.
