Paying ahead: six-month plans receive a 10% saving and twelve-month plans receive a 20% saving. Exact renewal dates and included support time are confirmed in writing.

What care protects

WordPress websites rely on several moving parts. Updates can close security issues and preserve compatibility, but they should be approached with a recovery route available. Backups, monitoring and sensible change control reduce avoidable downtime.

Minor-change allowances cover small text replacements, image swaps and similar edits that fit within the stated monthly time. They do not roll over and do not include new pages, redesigns, complex integrations or content production.

Domain Guard is covered while a qualifying domain remains technically managed through FLS. If you choose to move the domain into your own registrar, there is no additional FLS transfer fee, but any replacement protection becomes your separate registrar cost.

Can I host the website somewhere else?

Yes. Website ownership transfers after final payment and the site can be hosted elsewhere, subject to the technical requirements and licences of any third-party products used.

What happens if I cancel a care plan?

Any outstanding work and access handover are agreed before the service ends. Hosting migration, premium licences or services supplied by another provider may carry separate costs.

Are email mailboxes included?

Professional business email setup is available separately from £49 for two custom addresses. Ongoing mailbox or third-party subscription charges are confirmed before setup.
